If you have an older model we can often help facilitate parts and serivce through a local technician. We do require that the kilns safety and condition be assesed before supplying parts.

Woodrow Kilns no longer directly supports Woodrow Brand kilns built prior to Jan 2010 (16+ years ago).

We apologize for the inconvenience, but a recent legal changes now require us to ensure that the kiln is safe for repair.​

Parts may still be available through our recommended service technicians but will not be available direct from us.​
Woodrow Kilns built prior to 1972 by Woodrow and Partner with serial number less than 1100 may also contain asbestos in its backup lining and should be appropriately disposed of immediately via a licences asbestos removal company and should NOT be used.
