Before ringing please make a note the following:

• The Colour of the Wire Leading to the Thermocouple (This tells us what ‘Type’ you have).
• The overall length of the Thermocouple from the rear of the connection block to the tip.
• Check the condition of the protective sheath to determine if it also needs replacing.
