Before ringing please make a note the following:

  • Please check the Rating Plate on the Kiln and record:
      • Model No
      • KW / Power
      • Phase (Single, Two or Three)
      • Amps
  • Please also record the internal dimensions of you Kiln.
  • Finally count the numbers of Elements on each side of your Kiln.
