Choice of Linings
Traditional Refractory Brick - carefully selected for the best balance of strength, weight & insulation capability, then backed by carefully graded insulations
Coated Ceramic Fibre Board - with hard abrasion resistant dust free surface. Ultra thick 75mm prefired vacuum formed ceramic fibre board - dimensionally stable & designed not to shrink or crack - finished with hard phosphate bonded high alumina surface coating - spray applied & post-fired prior to despatch.

High efficiency means low heat loss - means cooler frame & case temperatures achieved by diligent use of the best refractory & insulation packages
Long Life
Added in-built casing ventilation means neglible moisture and neglible corrosion. All kilns made with heavy duty box-section aluminium frames - guaranteed for life. Check out the Ultra heavy duty elements - using the largest possible wire gauges to ensure the longest possible element life.
